Celebrating Armed Forces Day

In commemorate to our nation’s military forces from past to present who served to protects our country and assured to maintain our freedom and democracy. Every year the City of Torrance celebrating Armed Forces Day in continuing the tradition, this year marked the 58th annual celebration to honor the men and women in the Armed Forces.
The three-day observance will start on Friday, May 19 till Sunday, May 21, 2017. The events including the concert, Parade, 5K run and the military exhibits. It’s FREE and everyone is welcome. The highlights of this year event will honor the United States Air Force. The City of Torrance salute and thank the Armed Forces military services for keeping our nation safe for our future generation. Here are some of the photo on the past year event, which captured the concert, parade and Armed Forces exhibits of military aircraft, vehicles, tanks, equipment and other artifacts display. My son really excited with the exhibits and most of the crowds are fascinating with the plane, tank and interesting display including live and preserved animals and insects. Thanks to the friendly accommodation with our men and women in the military that makes everyone’s trip enjoyable and memorable.
