This featured chef is closely related to me and many of his family, friends, and colleagues called him an artistic chef ๐จโ๐ณ mainly because of his special skills including ice carving, butter sculptures, vegetable and fruit carving and expertise in sushi making. My very own brother, Romeo Dalangin was a Chef D' Partie Garden Manager of the Royal Caribbean International.
He had been in the business for 30 years working local and International for Regent of Manila, Kuwait Regency Palace Hotel to name a few. He received an Employee of the Month while he was working in Kuwait Regency and Food and Beverage Employee Excellence Award in Mariner of the Seas, Royal Caribbean International.
